If you have a tech support issue, take a deep breath, say out loud to yourself "it's a free newsletter and I'm sure they're doing their best" and then email a description of your problem to newsletterfeedback@mail.nwpulse.com. We'll do our best.
Troubleshooting
Problem: My iPhone/iPad asks me what app I want to use to open links EVERY TIME I click on a link in your newsletter.
Solution: When the message pops up, scroll down and check the box that says "Don't show this again." Then choose the browser you'd like to open the link and it should default that way going forward.
