Genealogical Society to Meet July 7

Anyone interested in joining the Eagle River Genealogical Society to learn how to locate recent obituaries using legacy.com is invited to attend the group's next meeting Monday, July 7, from 4:30 to 6:30 in the large community room of the Olson Memorial Library.

Participants are asked to bring along a tablet or laptop for use during the presentation, but the library will have some available for use for those who do not have their own. As the meeting is held through the dinner hour, guests are welcome to bring in food and drinks, but library staff asks that all food is cleaned up and spills be avoided.

This meeting can be joined in-person at the library or by Zoom. For the Zoom link or more information, contact Barb Fligel at 708-805-3374. The genealogical society meets monthly and no experience is necessary for those who would like to join.
